The sword itself is about 4"7 in length and 1 foot long in width. The sword is shaped in a triangle like structure with its tip being the curved point coming down with two swerved sides with 3 dogs lined up in a triangle manner coming into a dragon drawn into the center of the blade. Composed of chakra conductive titanium entirely the blade is meant for cutting through clean and extracting chakra. The sword has a chain coming from its left hand side which is 7 inches long with a giant circle on the right hand side which is 4 inches long in all directions. As for the blade itself is normally covered in bandages besides the head. The handle of the blade is shaped like that of a shovel being exactly 7 inches in length on both sides.
Function : The blade in its unreleased form is a normal blade, however it has the ability to consume chakra similar to Samaheda, At the moment only taking up to C-Rank chakra per turn when making contact with all chakra. If in direct contact with a jutsu whom is chakra based Hanguri Youma will absorb the chakra if it is C-Rank but cannot do so if faced with a higher ranked jutsu. Because of its chakra enhanced ability Hanguri Youma can take the shape of 2 shapes. The chakra emits from its 3 wholes near the tip that allow Hanguri Youma to coat itself in chakra. Unlike most chakra Franky emits a green like chakra auro from his weapons.

Lawl, just yesterday I watched the final boss battle of FFX so its funny how you are using Jecth's sword.

Anyways, that ability needs to be purchased, or ya need to make jutsus that will do that.

Special abilities: Minor: Chakra Repel - After charging the circle, the Goat can release a shield of chakra that blocks techniques one rank higher than its absorption level. This effect leads the sword to not being able to conduct chakra for two posts after the usage of this ability.

Special abilities: Major: Intangibility - Hanguri Youma has the ability to become solid or intangible on will by Franky. In order to activate this intangible form Franky must press a button that is on the hilt. Speaking of this the hilt is the only park of the blade that remains normal,

Special Abilities: Weak: Pure Chakra absorbing - Depending on his chakra absorbing rank Franky and Hanguri Youma can now absorb pure forms of chakra such as jutsu that hold no elemental affinity.

The way I see it, this is like trying to absorb electricity with electricity, instead of a solid conducting material. The Blade can absorb chakra while TANGIBLE, however once it becomes intangible it can no longer absorb chakra. Also, while the blade is intangible it cannot deal damage, nor can its effects transfer to Franky or Ally for any reason.

For "Lightning Output" if you have a Weapon Basic or higher, you can freely channel lightning release. It says so in the description of the fighting style.

Chakra isn't a person Chakra is a entity. So as long as you can see it and it isn't a person Hanguri Youma should be able to absorb it. It retains its properties just not its physical form.

I understand that, however when I look at these abilities I immediately think of how this ability can be used through various extremes. I can very easily see you using Intangibility to bypass a physical object while absorbing the individual's chakra.

I don't think its too much of a hassle to ask that you become tangible to conduct and absorb chakra. You can still bypass things, go through them, and all that jazz.

Special abilities: Major: Strong Body - Because of its strength and creation Hanguri Youma can pierce through enough defense one rank higher then the level of his absorption skills. This can be ANYTHING made in reference to a sword or a barrier. Hanguri Youma can pierce its defense or in some cases offense. Can break up to B-Rank for free and for every rank higher Franky can break it for the chakra below. IE Franky faces an S-Rank weapon he can break it with A-Rank chakra in his sword.

Special abilities: Weak: Levitation - Because of their connection Hanguri Youma and Franky have a deeper connection then most sword wielders and their weapons. Because of this if Franky and Hanguri Youma are separated Franky can bring his sword back to his side from any distance with a thought of his mind. If the trajectory of Hanguri Youma is aimed towards damaging Franky the blade will fall a meter from impact unless commanded otherwise.
